Dr. Noel WoodroffeFounder and President
Dr. Woodroffe is the Founder and President of Congress WBN and Leader of the apostolic team of the KCN. He is Senior Elder of Elijah Centre Global – A Global Borderless Kingdom Community. The base in Trinidad is called EC Nexus and is the supporting core for several EC Embassies in cities around the world. Dr. Woodroffe is also the author of several books on Church Development and Leadership.
Scott WebsterGlobal Director
Scott Webster is the Global Director of Congress WBN’s Global Insight Services. Scott has been involved in the prophetic dimension for 25 years, and has been actively involved in the mentoring, training and equipping of emerging prophets and prophetic people for many years. Scott is also the Leader of Elijah Centre Embassy Atlanta, in Georgia/USA; which is being built as a base of operations for the GIS. He serves on the Apostolic Core Team of Congress WBN.
Steve SchultzStrategic Leadership Team
Steve Schultz is the overseer for Preparing the Way Network International, an apostolic church network which is a related network with Congress WBN. Steve is also the founder and the Senior Elder of The Community (TC), a church he planted in 2005 in Fayetteville, AR where he lives. He also serves on the Global Congress Leadership Team of Congress-WBN as a part of the Core Apostolic Team.
