Congress Youth Encounter (CYE) 2017 was a place of recalibration, redefinition, acceleration and a re-commissioning of the youths of the Northern Caribbean (NC) Region of Congress WBN. The theme, ‘Exploring the Upper Realm’, provided the platform which facilitated the deconstruction of old mentalities, replacing them with a correct apprehension and tracking of God in this season.
