The EHD has two distinct streams of operations. The Congress WBN Development Institute (CDI) is the education and training division of Congress WBN and the Global Education Initiative impacts students, educators and administrators in the educations system.

C-WBN has signed a Memoranda of Understanding (MOU) with the Caribbean Examinations Council (CXC) to deliver leadership development and ICT-based initiatives.
C-WBN has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with Jamaica Independent Schools Association (JISA)to work towards bringing schools onto a values-based education platform.
